3. Payment & Refunds

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full before services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds are only available as per our stated refund policy or as required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for following the training and nutrition guidance provided.

You must inform PhysiqLab of any medical conditions, injuries, or lifestyle factors that may impact your program.

You agree not to share, distribute, or resell any PhysiqLab intellectual property, including coaching materials, programs, or recipes.

5. SMS Messaging & Consent

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from PhysiqLab, including service updates, reminders, and promotional offers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by PhysiqLab, including logos, designs, videos, written materials, and programs, is the property of PhysiqLab and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

PhysiqLab will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law.
